TO INSTALLATION
Every project begins with a clear understanding of the opening, site conditions, and technical requirements. From system selection and dimensions to glass, finishes, and hardware, each detail is defined before production begins.
Profiles are then prepared, machined, assembled, and checked before installation. Every stage is carefully coordinated to ensure accuracy, reliable operation, and a precise fit within the architecture.
01 Consultation
We begin by understanding the project, the space, and how each opening needs to perform. Together with homeowners, architects, designers, and project teams, we review drawings, functional requirements, design intentions, and site considerations to establish the right direction from the start.
02 Site Measurement
Accurate site measurement turns design intent into buildable dimensions. We review opening sizes, wall conditions, floor levels, structural constraints, and installation details to ensure that each system is developed around the actual conditions of the project.
03 System Specification
With the site conditions defined, we specify the system for each opening — including profile, dimensions, glass, finish, hardware, and configuration. Each selection is coordinated around function, proportion, durability, security, and the architectural requirements of the project.
04 Production
Each system is produced to its approved project specifications. Aluminium profiles are measured, cut, machined, prepared, and assembled with close control over dimensions, joints, hardware fitting, and finish quality. Components are checked throughout production before being prepared for installation.
05 Installation
Installation is carried out according to the project conditions and approved specifications. Each system is positioned, aligned, secured, sealed, and adjusted on site to ensure smooth operation, accurate fitting, and clean integration with the surrounding architecture.
06 Quality Control & Handover
Before handover, every installed system is reviewed for alignment, movement, locking, hardware, finish quality, sealing, and overall installation detail. Final adjustments are made where required to ensure that the completed system operates as intended and is ready for long-term use.
